THE VERDICT:

I think eyeshadows have become massively popular over the last few years, thanks to beauty gurus who have been teaching everyone everyday how to use it and making us realize that eyeshadow is really essential if one wants to change their look dramatically.

Luckily for us, good eyeshadows have gotten more affordable as brands started improving their formulas a few years ago. If you're going to ask for my reco on an affordable but good eyeshadow brand, I'd say Ever Bilena and their range of Uncover eyeshadow palettes.
