THE VERDICT:

I think lip liner is one of the most underrated beauty products in the world, but has a lot of merits if one actually gives it a thought. Aside from keeping lipsticks from bleeding on the corners of the lips, it's the secret sauce to creating a super smooth and clean lipstick look. Thanks to Kylie Jenner and her world famous lip kits, lip liner has seen its much deserved spotlight again alongside its partner, the lipstick.

Kylie's lip kits have, of course, inspired other brands, from releasing their very own lip kits, lip duos, lip sets, and what have you, while others have come up with complementing lipsticks and lip liners like Ever Bilena and Kris Aquino's Matte Lip Liner and Matte Matic Lipstick, which I will review for you guys today.
